The 4th annual Baleada Festival celebrated the Independence of Central America, Belize and Mexico with food, drinks and live music. The free admission event was put on by Sabores De Mi H (Flavors of Honduras), Celebración Hispana and St. Mark Episcopal Church.
Baleadas are a traditional Honduran street food, a thick flour tortilla filled with a crumbled cheese and refried beans.
